TYG App is a wellness, education, and Physical Education (PE) platform that connects users, schools, instructors, therapists, and certified professionals. The app supports livestream classes, one-on-one sessions, and structured school wellness programmes.

2. User Data Transparency

We are committed to transparency in how we collect, use, store, and share user data. This includes personal data, health data, device data, and usage data.

We only use user data for:

• Providing app functionality
• Delivering wellness and education services
• Supporting school PE programmes
• Enabling communication between users and professionals
• Improving app performance and security

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.

3. Personal and Sensitive User Data

TYG App may access the following sensitive data types only when required for functionality:

• Camera (livestream sessions, video coaching)
• Microphone (audio communication)
• Health data (steps, heart rate, sleep, activity via Health Connect)
• Device identifiers and usage data

This data is used strictly for wellness, education, coaching, and PE programme functionality.

We do NOT use sensitive data for background tracking or unrelated advertising purposes.

4. Prominent Disclosure and Consent

Before accessing sensitive data (camera, microphone, health data), TYG App presents a clear in-app disclosure explaining:

• What data is being collected
• Why the data is needed
• How the data will be used

Example disclosure format used in-app:

"This app collects camera, microphone, and health data to enable livestream classes, wellness coaching, and Physical Education programmes. Data is only accessed during active sessions."

User consent is required through explicit action (tap accept). We do not collect sensitive data without user approval.

5. School Programs and Minors

TYG App supports school-based Physical Education programmes and wellness initiatives for students.

• Schools or teachers may manage student participation
• Guardians may provide consent for minors
• Access is controlled through institutional or guardian approval

We do not knowingly collect data from minors without appropriate authorization.

6. Third-Party SDKs and Services

We use third-party services including:

• Firebase (Google) – authentication, analytics, backend services
• Cloudflare – API delivery, security, performance optimization

These providers are required to comply with Google Play User Data policies and are not permitted to sell personal or sensitive user data.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Data may be shared only in the following cases:

• Service providers (Firebase, Cloudflare)
• Other participants during live sessions (video/audio visibility)
• Schools or program administrators (where applicable)
• Legal obligations or lawful requests

All data is transmitted using secure encryption (HTTPS) and stored using industry-standard security practices.

We retain user data only as long as necessary for service functionality or legal compliance.
